6. Payment Terms

7. Intellectual Property

All custom-developed systems, code, and processes remain the intellectual property of Legal Tech Solutions unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Clients receive full usage rights for systems developed specifically for their firm.

8. Limitation of Liability

Legal Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with appropriate notice as specified in individual contracts. Upon termination, we will provide data export assistance and ensure proper system handover.
